Excellent stay at "Mac's" place. Clean, perfect location, and great hospitality from the owner. My only feedback would be to update the photos - they don't portray how great the property is!

We love this home. The three bedrooms made it easy to travel w/ family. The kitchen was great - plenty of cooking utensils. The cable/wifi work great. Thanks for letting us stay!

Beautiful, spacious lake house. Beautiful, modern, well equipped kitchen. Extra sink in one of the bedrooms was very convenient. Will definitely book this home again in the future.

We totally enjoyed our stay. This is our 3rd year in this house and we find it meets all of our needs wonderfully. The owner is very friendly and responds to any questions quickly. Thanks Mac!!

Location is wonderful. House was somewhat clean, spiders and cobwebs throughout inside of property. Flooring was completely different and unfinished, where you could see the rug pads throughout. Complete trip hazard. There was no closet in 1st bedroom on left, nor bureau. There were tons of bees inside (property mgr. could not figure out how they were getting inside) and outside of the house as there was a bee's nest in the eves of house/siding. Property manager was there multiple days trying to correct. (He was great and they are lucky he went out of his way to help) We were unable to use deck due to this or grill. The access to the lake is unstable and dangerous, there were no stairs to get into water or on kayaks. Life vests were eaten from rodents & moldy. Outside area was a complete mess. Cushions for lounge chairs were all ripped apart. Pictures to support all of this. Its just too bad, as it is a great location. Very much in need of TLC. Big disappointment in physical property and working with Vacasa other than the local property maintenance. (PM was helpful)

This place was the perfect getaway for our family! The accommodations were excellent and I couldn’t have asked for better communication with mac! We had the best time and can’t wait to go back! The yard was perfect for our girls to play in and the house was kid friendly! Everything we needed we were able to find for cooking in the kitchen! If I could rate 10 stars I would!

We loved our stay and are hoping there is availability next summer. It was great to be able to bring our dog and have access to the lake for both him and our toddler. It was a little challenging to get into the water (but we couldn’t use the dock due to flooding in the lake). Mac was so great to work with and truly tried to make our vacation the absolute best!

The house was wonderful - lots of room. Kitchen was great. The beds were comfortable and there was adequate storage for clothing. We spent alot of time on the porch and in the yard just watching the lake. The access to the water for swimming would have been difficult for small children and/or people with impaired mobility. It was fine for us but our old dog needed some help. Otherwise everything was fine. Owner is very attentive and easy to contact with questions. Thanks, Mac!

Lovely location on Bomaseen. Great access to the lake. The camp had everything we needed. Mac was very responsive to our concerns. Due to the weather we didn’t spend as much time as we would have liked on the lake. But there was plenty of hiking and other things to do.

This is a perfect setting on beautiful Lake Bomoseen. We were able to tie our boat up at the dock, enjoyed the camp immensely, and found Mac to be very accommodating. We will definitely go back again! It was the perfect getaway. The only difficult area was the boat launch which is not on property but public access. It is very steep and not easy to turn left out of or right into, but even that was easily resolved by entering the opposite direction. It is a beautiful Lake and this camp is cute, in a great area and was just what we were looking for. Comfortable, clean, well stocked and perfect! Highly recommend!!

We were in the area for our son's graduation from a nearby college. This camp was a perfect place to enjoy the weekend. The backyard, looking out over the lake, was awesome. Beds were comfortable, nice kitchen, and the owner was great to work with.

We had a great time and Mac was an awesome host who was easily reachable. We snowboarded at Pico during the day (about 30 minutes away, easy drive) and then played on the frozen lake at night. The cottage is well laid out and makes great use of the space with 3 bedrooms, and a full living room/kitchen area. We ate at the Taproom one night which was delicious, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook the other nights. Would love to go back and see the place in the summer!

When we couldn’t find a reasonably priced place in Killington for our ski trip, we decided to try this lake house. So happy we did. It was just as described and an easy 45 minutes from Killington ski area. Three comfortable beds, new, well stocked kitchen, room to relax after skiing. Appreciated the washer and dryer. The driveway was iced over but we were able to get out , just be careful. As a bonus, we got to see the annual ice-fishing competition from the back deck, it was fun walking out on the frozen lake. Our host was very responsive, made sure we got in and had everything we needed. Thanks, Mac!

Stunningly beautiful location! The cabin was covered in a blanket of soft snow, snuggled up to the water’s edge, nestled in the mountains, and surrounded by ski resorts. We spent our days skiing different mountains and are evenings relaxing at the cabin, sledding, throwing snowballs to the dog, roasting s’mores around the fire pit, and games, and watching movies. Mac was warm and welcoming from the very beginning, answering all of our questions about the cabin and the area.

We searched for a place to go where we could bring our two dogs and be on the water. From the very start Mac was very friendly and it was nice communicating back and forth with him. He always answered right back and I never felt like a bother to him. The cabin & location didn't disappoint. Everything was as promised and there were no negative surprises. It was a very enjoyable getaway & all of the kids had a great time too (4 kids between 9 to 16). So if they're happy then that makes the trip even better!! We are already trying to figure out when we can go back.

Great spot! Clean camp, quiet area, right on the water, nice deck for sunrise/sunset, bbq, great fishing, fire pit, small fenced area for dog. Jeff was quick to respond prior to check in and any inquiries! Great small/very quiet beach with playground, basketball, and picnic area short drive from camp. We had a relaxing time and would enjoy again!

We had a great time. The camp was spotless and has everything we needed. Just a couple recommendations, the picnic table needs some repairs and the dock is a little too short but we were able to keep our boat tied up there all week. Our daughters are already asking to stay again. The owner is very responsive.

For me, the Lake is the attraction! Lake Bomoseen is beautiful -- not too busy and the water is clean and scenery is awesome! The location of the camp was on a quiet road -- The driveway is long and parking was not an issue. Kitchen is updated even with a dishwasher! :) This is my idea of a summer getaway. If I had to make a negative comment? I would have liked a kayak, wakeboard or canoe available for us to use. Marina was fully booked and had nothing available. Plan to go in 2021!
