The open plan area is bright and spacious with large floor-to-ceiling double-height windows. Heating and Electricity:** Depending on the location of your booking, a non-refundable Utility Contribution of €40 may apply. If applicable, this charge is paid with your holiday balance and will appear in your payment breakdown. If no Utility Contribution is shown on your booking, we recommend contacting our call centre to confirm how utility charges are applied, as this can vary by location. If the €40 Utility Contribution has been charged, any additional utility costs will be handled in one of the following ways: • Paid locally to the Owner or Property Manager. Please check with them directly, as the calculation method varies by property. • Pay As You Go electricity meter. The €40 will be credited to the meter on the first day of your stay, and you will need to top up the meter as required during your stay. Please note that gas or oil charges, where applicable, are always payable locally based on usage and are not included in the amount paid at the time of booking. **2\. Security Deposit:** A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property. **3\. No access to the hotel’s leisure centre or swimming pool:** Please note there is no access to the hotel’s leisure centre or swimming pool, but guests can enjoy the onsite golf course, hotel restaurant & bar facilities and hotel spa at an extra charge. **4\. Bath:** Please note that most but not all lodges have baths; if you require a bath, you must specify this upon booking. Our team will contact you immediately if no properties with baths are available. **4\. Extra bed available for child upon request:** In our 3 bed holiday lodges you have the option to request an extra fold up bed. This bed is only suitable for children up to the age of 15 years. The extra camp bed must be selected or mentioned at the time of booking as there are a limited number of extra beds available. Great location- really nice, clean, comfortable accommodation. Being dog friendly is such a great addition.
