"The good- Front desk staff was great, location was central and walkable to food, shops, waterfront. Room was comfy. The drop to good from excellent- crumbs all over the 2 chairs in the room (so not cleaned), air conditioner kept going off, vending machine that had electric adapters didn’t dispense, ..."

"Perfect family stay, facilities are excellent and the family room is a good size for 4/5. We have stayed a number of times and consistently good each time."
