It was such a nice surprise to see/use the size and cleanliness of the pool and hot tub area was,for the smaller size of the hotel. "This is a nice hotel, Located close to ASU. We were there for a graduation, so just one night. The staff was excellent upon check-in as well as check out. The beds were firm, good for some of us not so good for some of us. The only issue that I really had, was the shower. It was dripping the entire night. The temperature was regulated so not cold, but not super hot. "

"Great stay. Went shopping at Phoenix. Room was clean and comfortable. You kind of hear the noises on other rooms but it was mostly silent at nights. The personnel at the hotel was friendly. Breakfast was simple but okay. Coffee was great. I had the Dark Roast. It was close to some stores but it is at the south entrance of Phoenix. So you need to consider if this is convenient for you. Parking was full at night, so you might habe to walk to the entrance. Great stay overall."

It was clean and had a nice breakfast but I guess I was expecting more. We were disappointed in the pool for sure. It didn’t look very clean or clear. Pretty small. We stayed in another hotel a couple of days earlier with not as high of rating and we felt it was nicer. A free breakfast is always nice though. "

I stayed on a Saturday night, it’s Wednesday and they still haven’t released it and I always leave my room very clean. There were what sounded like kids partying in one of the rooms in my hall.
