I suggest that everybody have their own opinions about their facility but mine in particular everything else was good except for my room unfortunately I found a bed bug crawling all over the bed. I was paranoid throughout that experience even though they offered a new room. I still felt paranoid because before going into our room we had another situation about a fly and it made me more paranoid to the point where we got to the new room, I started to double check everything just to make sure we didn't find anything weird. So reserve this hotel to your own risk.

Room was quiet and location was good. Hotel dated and needs some updating. Breakfast was in need of some attention. Rotten fruit, no milk available for cereal, yogurts expired. Hot tub was very dirty and the pool area in general needed a good clean. While the stay worked out okay, I would choose a different hotel next time.

We’ve stayed at this property many times (in theme rooms) and always enjoyed the experience so it was an easy decision to stay again for a night as we were passing through town. The normal rooms are fine - but the bathrooms are a little rough, the towel rod came off the wall during our short stay. Breakfast included which is always nice, but no water and juices were out of service - no alternative options for kids (that weren’t coffee)

There was poor ventilation in the hot tub and slide area. We could only stay a few minutes and our eyes were burning. The pool and the hot tub were filthy. The room was clean. Breakfast dissapointing.

Great location just off the highway. Pool, waterslide & hot tub were nice. Rooms were clean & comfy. Convenient to have a fridge, microwave & mini kitchen in the room. Breakfast was average but expected. Staff was helpful and did all that they could to make the stay what we needed. Having Safeway in the same parking lot and great coffee shop across the street was a bonus. Some updating could be used but overall it was a great stay. I would recommend especially if you are traveling through.

Staff on check in not very friendly. Hot tub was hot. Just barely warm. The breakfast was very poor. Stale bread. Weak coffee. No cream cheese. The toaster was an antique and took forever to toast. The hotel was almost empty. The adjoining pub/ eating place closed at 8 pm. I have used this hotel for 25 years and I know how it was. I will not stay there again. To be fair. The room itself was good. Clean and comfortable bedding and clean bathroom.

Place was nice. Easily fit my family of 5. Had the room with kitchenette, 1 burner doesn't work well. Hot tub is not very hot and pool water feels quite cold. Continental breakfast was ok. I've had better.

All good for the price. Room had been smoked in but they dealt with it right away. The slide in the pool is good. The hot tub isn’t hot enough but the beds are perfect for anything you can think of doing on them.😈😺👺

The hotel is well located in Castlegar and reasonably priced but our room wasn't great and the front desk intimated that that was because we booked online. We had a handicap room with bars around the toilet which wasn't great.
