I spoke to the lady cleaning the rooms in the morning and she was very helpful and pleasant. The staff in the downstairs restaurant (Harte's) and the delicatessen were all very accommodating. It was a truly excellent place to stay and we are fussy! Thank you. Ps. The Nespresso coffee machine was also amazing."

They couldnt fix it & apologised then gave us complimentary drinks including a bottle of wine at dinner. The kettle was also broken but they were able to replace it. The food was excellent. We didnt go to the spa as we had young children with us. Would definitely go back."
