I've had better breakfast options at other hotels in Madrid. It was an okay breakfast, just not as much variety.

Studio was clean well organized everything needed for a very comfortable environment. And access to everything within walking distance. Loved it

The room was clean and quiet. The hotel is in a great location and the hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. Also, the price of the room is very affordable.

Really great location near parks, transit and the royal palace. We used it as our hub for trips to other cities. Staff were really nice even though my Spanish is hardly worth attempting. They were also flexible about storage between our two stays. You could certainly use their breakfast buffet every morning, but we found a really nice cafe down the block that was great too.

The location was perfect—convenient to everything I needed and ideal for exploring the area. Service was topnotch. Maureen and the staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made the entire experience feel welcoming and seamless. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a fantastic location.
