Good Location and very helpful staff. Overall, the hotel seemed dated and in need of an upgrade. Paneling coming off of doors and stained walls, but in general, the room was very clean.

It was a relatively new facility. Airconditioners in both rooms were pre-set - either blasting cold or nothing. No visible closets were available. Staffs were very friendly and eager to help. No options for recycling despite being in a tourist hub. Parking in the basement was tight.

"I would not write a negative review because the staff was nice if it wasn’t because we were overcharged $150 for a tiny hot room with a small queen bed, no air conditioning, one window to an incredibly noisy patio, and talking about noise : you could hear the neighbor snoring, so thin the walls were. ..."
