"Très bel appartement, bien agencé. Quelques ustensiles de cuisine en plus seraient utiles. Le son des cloches de l'église peut être gênant. Elles s'arrêtent vers 21h et reprennent à 7h. Nous partions tôt pour randonner dans les 5 terres et cela ne nous a pas forcément dérangé. Bonne situation pour visiter les 5 terres (20 min de Levanto). A noter aussi que l'appartement est un peu difficile à trouver selon ce que dit le GPS. Nous devons nous garer à presque 500 m sur une place de parking privé...

"Nice apartment. Very clean. Nice double bedroom. Nice bathroom. But the 2nd bedroom was up a very steep staircase. Not suitable for kids or elderly. Very difficult to get a suitcase up there. Also apartment not at all easy to get to. Up a very steep single track hairpin road. You have to park outside church to unload then take suitcases up a steep path to the apartment. "The hotel location was amazing, a walking distance from the train station, restaurants, ferry to go to portofino just across the street, and the beach, public and private!! The staff were so friendly and helpful especially the lady with darker short hair. They gave us good advice , and when we told them we need to check out at early in the morning, they prepared us breakfast boxes to go! The room configuration was great for the 4 of us! Everything was pleasant !"

"Getting to the hotel for the train station was a extremely straight forward, pun intended. The 24 hr concierge, everyone from the team, as we spoke to three separate agents at different times in our stay, were all extremely nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfasts were always well stocked with options for sandwiches, eggs, pastries and juices. All you need. Make sure to ask the staff for fresh espresso from the kitchen while you are there. Location was great, not facing the water, but easily accessible to walk to dinner or a stroll along the boardwalk within seconds. The shared roof top patio was great to relax in the sun closer to the room too."

"We really enjoyed our stay, and couldn't recommend it more! The staff were so friendly, helpful, and made everything stress-free for us. We had many pool days, enjoyed the hotels private beach, and enjoyed a great meal at the restaurant. Also the hotel is in the heat of sestri levante, so what more could you ask for?"

"The hotel is in a great location. However, it needs some updating. The biggest thing is the elevator needs to be updated!!!! My sister and I got stuck inside which was a traumatic situation. It stopped and the doors opened half way then the doors got stuck and it would not move once the doors closed. The staff acted like this happens all the time. It was extremely hot and no air and a frightening experience. Other guests were complaining about the elevator to deaf ears. It might be a good idea to update the breakfast with a bit more options. The rest of the stay was good."

"The hotel was gorgeous- the staff was amazing, the location was perfect. There was one flaw. The WiFi was horrible on every floor except the lobby - it was constantly dropping and since cell signal in the area was bad we would have trouble utilizing the internet to find restaurants, buy tickets etc…. I am sure they will get the WiFi fixed and those hotel will be great. Even with the WiFi issues, I highly recommend it."
