Ground floor. Living room with kitchenette. Two bedrooms: one with two single beds (90 cm) and the other with one double bed (140 cm). Shower room with shower cubicle. Separate WC. Electric heating. Unfenced 940 m² garden with terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers, and barbecue. Baby equipment: one cot. Covered parking for a car and motorcycle opposite the house. Located on a working walnut farm in the Dordogne Valley, opposite the village of Beynac, this cottage is perfectly suited for cultural or nature-filled holidays. Activities include visiting castles (Château de Beynac, Château de Castelnaud, Château des Milandes, etc.), strolling through villages, ten of which are listed among the 'Most Beautiful Villages of France' (La Roque-Gageac, Castelnaud, Limeuil, etc.), taking a barge trip or canoeing on the Dordogne River, and visiting gardens (Eyrignac, Marqueyssac, etc.).
