"The check in staff was quite rude - she made us wait another half an hour to check in without a proper explanation. Staff should be taught customer service as it is the guests that keep them in business. The apartment room had all the basic amenities, cookware, utensils and plenty of storage. JOST Hôtel Bordeaux Centre Gare Saint Jean

8/10 Good

"Room was small but clean and quiet. Grocery shopping and dining options very close by. Good breakfast. Walking distance to main train station and taxis nearby."

Hôtel Life Bordeaux Gare - BG

8/10 Good

"Great location near a metro stop! Nice and clean rooms. Note that the shower is in an open concept bathroom so there are no shower walls. This was a big challenge for us as water got everywhere in the bathroom which we really weren't used to and didn't enjoy. Lighting in the room could also be improved as it was very dark by the bunk areas in the room for 4 that we booked."
