"unbelievably great for your family. The kids pool is so safe; knee depth, rubber type, non slip flooring which was incredible! never seen any rubbish or dog mess at any point during our 9nights which was shocking because any self catering holiday in the uk we’ve been to is usually covered in filth. "Don’t hesitate to book this property . Just book it! Lovely and clean. Very comfortable beds. Air con really efficient and much needed (30-34 degrees when we were there. Fabulous location on the canal with a patio with fabulous views. Property very near to bus stop(3 min walk) ferry(5min walk), train (15min walk). Guenda, our lovely host was super to communicate with following booking and greeted us on arrival to explain practicalities and offer good advice and was contactable for any queries...

"There was a lot to like about this hotel. Most importantly, the location is excellent. It’s equidistant from the beach and main part of town, about 5 minutes walk in either direction. There is a pool, and an upper sun deck that faces the lake and is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the view. The breakfast is really good - lots of choices (though no gluten free options) and if you’re lucky, you might be able to get a table outside and enjoy the lake while eating. Besides breakfast, there is a bar and they serve some food during parts of the day but it’s not a restaurant. The room was clean and the staff were all nice, especially the woman who cleaned our room. Only drawback was being on the first floor was noisy (hotel noise, not street noise) and the window is partially blocked for privacy. It seems like a higher floor would be better and some looked like they might even have private balcony’s. The other thing to note is that the parking lot is tight and could require some strong parallel parking skills, and if you have a very large SUV, you may need to find an alternative."

"We stayed here for 14 nights as a base to explore Lake Garda, not just Gardaland, and had a great stay overall. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and all the staff were friendly, helpful and always happy to assist. The outdoor pool and bar area were excellent, and the arcade was a big hit with the kids. We also appreciated the hotel's taxi company, which offers fixed-price fares and can be contacted directly via WhatsApp to arrange return journeys. The free shuttle service to Gardaland and Peschiera del Garda was reliable and very convenient. Our only disappointment was the food. Breakfast and dinner were expensive for the quality offered. We found it much better value to have breakfast inside Gardaland before starting the day, and for evening meals we'd recommend heading into Peschiera del Garda, where there are plenty of excellent restaurants. We were also surprised that, despite staying for 14 nights, there was no discounted breakfast package available. If you're staying for more than a few days, we'd also recommend buying a Gardaland season pass. It makes it easy to pop into the park for a few hours whenever you like, while still leaving plenty of time to explore everything else Lake Garda has to offer. Overall, we'd happily return and would recommend the hotel for its cleanliness, excellent staff, facilities and convenient location."

"This was a lovely hotel. It is right at the train station. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room had black out curtains which was great. It is close to town and easily walkable. There’s a free bus to Gardaland which leaves right outside the hotel at the station. A lovely place to base ourselves and I would recommend this."
