Goertz & Partner presents this pleasant south-facing property offering impressive sea views from its terrace. Located in the prestigious “Gran Reserva” residential complex, the accommodation enjoys an idyllic setting with gardens and swimming pools (pool access is sold by the community and is not included in the rental price).
The apartment features three comfortable bedrooms, an equipped open-plan kitchen and two bathrooms. Upon entering, you will find two bedrooms on the right: one with access to a utility area (2 single beds 90 cm, 2 pillows 40x70 cm) and another with access to a small balcony (1 bed 135 cm, 2 pillows 40x70 cm). In the hallway towards the dining area there is a full bathroom with bathtub.The dining area includes an equipped open-plan kitchen and provides access to the third bedroom with direct access to the sea-facing terrace (1 bed 135 cm, 2 pillows 40x70 cm). There is also a second small bathroom with shower. The living room features large windows opening onto the terrace with wonderful sea views — ideal for relaxing moments with family or friends.

Top Lage, jedoch in die Jahre gekommen

Die Lage und Aussicht der Wohnung ist unglaublich schön. Jedoch ist die Wohnung so ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Wir wurden von der Agentur bereits vorgewarnt, dass das Bad älter ist, somit haben wir ohne hohe Erwartungen gebucht. Mobiliar ist sehr alt, Töpfe und Elektrogeräte müssten ausgewechselt werden, sowie sämtliche Steckdosen und Schalter, welche zum Teil nicht funktionieren. In der Wohnung wird nur das Nötigste gewechselt, das ist sehr schade, sonst wäre es ein wahres Schmuckstück. Das alte Mobiliar war nicht das Problem, sondern die Funktionalität. Wir mussten uns einen neuen Topf sowie Wasserkocher kaufen, weil das vorhandene nicht zu gebrauchen gewesen ist.
