Goertz & Partner presents this seafront apartment located in Empuriabrava, Gran Reserva sector, featuring a lovely terrace with open sea views. The “Gran Reserva” residential complex enjoys a privileged location and pleasant surroundings, with interior walkways, gardens and several grassy pool areas (pool access is sold by the community and is not included in the rental price).
The apartment offers a living-dining room with TV, two bedrooms —one with views over the Bay of Roses— and two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, electric oven and coffee maker. There is also a small utility area with washing machine. Hot and cold air conditioning in the living room.
The apartment includes a parking space in an underground garage (small space; the agency is not responsible if the vehicle is too large).
