This cosy apartment, located on the beachfront in Empuriabrava, is perfect for enjoying a holiday with family or friends. With capacity for 6 people, it offers a comfortable and functional space distributed across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, guaranteeing maximum comfort for all guests.   
  
Just 200 metres from the sandy beach, its privileged location and great luminosity make it the ideal place to relax by the sea. It has a 13 m² terrace with sea views, perfect for sunbathing, having breakfast outdoors or enjoying a drink at sunset.   
  
The fully equipped American kitchen includes a fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals. The living room has air conditioning and satellite television, ideal for moments of rest.   
  
The apartment offers 4 beds in total (2 doubles and 2 singles), a comfortable and versatile layout for different types of stay. The heat pump heating ensures a pleasant temperature at any time of the year.   
  
The area is unbeatable: just 100 metres from supermarkets, restaurants and bus stop, and with easy access to the main points of interest in the region, such as the Aiguamolls Natural Park (7 km), Roses (10 km) and Figueres (15 km). In addition, it has a private and covered parking space, an extra highly valued in the area.

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable ! L’appartement est spacieux, lumineux, très propre et parfaitement équipé — idéal pour une famille ou un groupe d’amis. La vue sur la mer est splendide!! Le parking privé est un vrai atout, surtout pendant la haute saison. L’emplacement est parfait : proche de la plage et des commerces, tout en restant calme. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
