"They were so helpful with keeping us informed of the pre-reserved car pickup from the airport to helping us with our luggage as we departed. The room is quiet, great location within walking distance of the colosseum and many other places. The bed was fine, could have used another pillow or two, but we managed to. "Location was brilliant for exploring the historic sites of Rome. As well as being close to some great cafes, restaurants and bars in nearby area and Trastevere as a short walk. Room was clean, equipped with what was needed and spacious. Slight negatives were low pressure on shower, stairs to lift which was not an issue for us, and a bit of noise at night but could be expected in a city. Additional positives were the helpful and kind staff and fresh croissants to go with the provided coffee...
