"The start of our trip was a major disappointment - still waiting to see the inside of our accommodation. The host sent last corro advising they would meet us at 5pm we waited from 4.15pm until 7pm We phoned several times with zero response, even an Italian policeman who offered assistance rang the host also to no avail.
