"What a gem this place is! We stayed here for one night on our way to Rome and wished we'd stayed longer. It is restful, quiet, and a quintessential Umbrian village. Orvieto is a quick 10-15 minute drive. Room 4 was wonderful, spacious, spectacular view, incredibly comfortable bed and the best air conditioning and shower! on-site breakfast was lovely with tarts and cakes made from scratch by the breakfast hostess. We HIGHLY recommend this place!"

"We had a beautiful two week stay with friends. Lots of space for everyone to gather together or to spread out. Surrounded by beautiful towns for short trips or longer days out. Would suggest a car for this area. You can walk to the main town but some spots are without a sidewalk. One of our main questions before going was how much the extra charges for electricity might be so if anyone else is also wondering, we were there last week of May and first week of June, eight people. We did a lot of cooking, so use the dishwasher nightly, in addition to showers and laundry. We did not utilize the hot tub or air-conditioning. It totaled around 500 for the total two weeks so divided by eight it wasn’t too bad, although this is the first time we’ve encountered that sort of thing in our travels. It’s very clear and upfront before you book that these are additional charges along with the tourist tax, but we were just a little unsure what to expect. Maybe that info will be helpful for other people. Valerio was very kind and helpful any time we had questions and always responded right away. He also helped us book a chef that came to the villa one night. It was fantastic, and we highly recommend Walter! We enjoyed it so much that actually visited his nearby restaurant as well. This is a trip we will be thinking about for a very long time, thank you."

"Flawless stay, absolutely stunning hotel and grounds, matched by wonderful attention from every member of the team who made our stay completely memorable. Room exceeded our expectations- spacious, cool and very comfortable, beautifully designed with gorgeous bed. We loved the breakfast options- hot and cold choices, including many homemade options which were delicious. The pool was clean and a perfect temperature, surrounded by nature- it was a perfect environment for us to relax and soak up the warmth. Genuinely sad to leave and already planning our return. What a fantastic hotel with wonderful staff who clearly love what they do. Cannot recommend highly enough!! "
