"Everything was amazing, friendly staff, good food and amazing views"

"This is our 4th time at Starfish. Each time it gets better in some areas. Customer service mainly. The staff were very friendly and accommodating esp in the dining room and front desk. WiFi did not work in the room only in the common areas. My husband and I love playing pool, please starfish fix the pool table or buy a new one! It is ridiculous trying to play pool on it. It’s about to fall over. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping comes in daily. The food on a whole was good but needs improvement. The 2 grill chefs were excellent. They made my husband a very delicious fish entree on a few occasions. One of my favorite items (veggie wraps) was not on the menu due to running out of the item. They replaced it with a hard taco filled with green salad. That was unacceptable. The veggie burger was excellent thou Everything was very fresh. The highlight of our trip was seeing the leatherback turtles come up on the beach and lay their eggs. It was very beautiful. One thing thou a starfish employee was out on the beach talking with people watching the turtles was way too loud while the turtle was laying her eggs. That was a bit frustrating esp since there are signs telling you to be quiet when you witness this. More training for this staff is essential. "

They made sure that my uncle and aunt had a seamless check-in process and knowing they were elderly, upgraded their accommodation. Who wouldn’t love awesome management? My aunt and uncle were pleasantly surprised by receiving a complimentary bottle of wine, which I thought was really nice. PeSheres itself was beautiful and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The pool temp was perfect and they had lots of outdoor seating to relax or have a meal. I highly recommend Pesheres Hotel to anyone looking for an easy and hassle-free experience, especially when booking online and from another country. I booked this place based on the pictures and was Not disappointed. Thank you PeSheres and the staff at Pesheres Hotel, for making my uncle and aunts stay a memorable one. I will definitely be booking with you again in the future. We are very satisfied customers."

"Crown Point is a historic beach hotel. It has a great location with beautiful sunsets on the Caribbean Sea and it is only a short walk to Store Bay beach which has soft clean sand and smooth entrance into the water. Most rooms have ocean views from balconies or porches. I enjoy delicious rum punches and food served by personable staff at Blu the onsite restaurant particularly at sunset. From the front desk team to security they work to accommodate the travelers."
