  • Landaise farm classified 3 stars, fully renovated ground floor 200 meters from the center of the village of CASSEN. You will be here in the heart of the Chalosse, hilly region south of Landes (New Aquitaine), rich in quality gastronomy with many sites to visit. This cottage of 120 m² including 75 living space includes a large living room with access free wifi internet, tv, dvd player, sofa, armchairs. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bathroom with Italian shower, washing machine with ironing facilities, separate hanging toilet. One bedroom with a bed 140 X 190, the other with 2 beds 90 X 190. Large private garage (35 m2) courtyard and fenced garden of 1700 m2 with garden table, parasol, deckchairs. Click on See more.

    On the spot many hiking and mountain biking trails. The thermal baths of Préchacq les bains (thermal chain of the sun) are at 5 kms (1 week offered for three weeks except July August) but also the city of Dax famous for its ferias at the month from August and its spa town is 15min. The house is 40 minutes from the beaches (Capbreton, Hossegor, Vieux-Boucau, Moliets), an hour from the Spanish border (Bentas) and the Basque coast (Biarritz, Saint Jean de Luz, Hendaye)

Maison au calme dans petit village parfait si voulez du repos et elle est très bien équipée Entre 30 mm et 1 h pour aller sur les différents sites à visiter Et 1h10 d Espagne de St Sébastien Visiter l abbaye de sortes puis aller faire du canoë ou du paddel génial Les landais sont fort sympathique et là leurs charcuteries fort bonne Merci au propriétaire pour nous avoir attendu lors de notre arrivée car nous sommes resté 2 h dans les embouteillages de Bordeaux

Un excellent séjour !

Nous remercions chaleureusement les propriétaires pour ce formidable séjour de deux semaines, qui nous a été très agréable. La maison est très bien située, près de grands axes et de destinations touristiques. L’agencement est très bien pensé, tout est fonctionnel et décoré avec goût. Le cadre est splendide et calme, ce qui permet de se ressourcer. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, à l’écoute et donnent beaucoup de bons conseils sur les activités à faire dans la région. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de cette location avec l’envie d’y revenir et nous la recommandons vivement.

Très satisfaits de cette location dans laquelle nous avons séjourné dans le cadre d'une cure thermale c'est à dire 22 jours , la maison est conforme à tout ce qui était décrit , d'une propreté exemplaire , confortable , tout est bien pensé jusque dans le plus petit détail pour que les locataires s'y sentent bien , les propriétaires sont présents pour toutes les questions qu'on peut se poser sans être envahissants . Cas particulier pour un locataire en fauteuil roulant : le propriétaire a su adapter la location au handicap , et le séjour s'est merveilleusement bien passé .

Location très appréciée de tous, petits et grands. Spacieuse, fonctionnelle et bien pensée. Située en pleine nature, entre Dax et Mont de Marsan. Accès à un dépôt de pain, une pizzeria et un bar restaurant dans le village. Supermarché, poste boulangerie, marché etc à 7 km. Nombreuses visites et activités accessibles facilement sur les bons conseils des propriétaires, très disponibles et sympathiques. Nous conseillons cette location les yeux fermés.

le calme à 40mn de l'agitation de la côte

Accueil chaleureux par des propriétaires attentionnés et discrets , cette location très spacieuse ( aussi bien les pièces de jour , de nuit que les sanitaires ) offre également un garage pour la voiture évitant ainsi les coups de chaud en plein soleil ou les éventuels orages . Nous qui recherchons le calme campagnard , nous avons été largement servi. Peu de commerce dans le petit bourg de Cassen mais il y a l'essentiel : dépôt de pain et les copieuses pizzas de Gégé sont un régal. De nombreux lacs et jardins offrent balades et repos , notre coup de cœur a été les courses landaises dans les arènes de Pomarez . Les Pyrénées sont toutes proches , une petite heure de route et voilà Espelette , la Rhune ... Sans oublier les côtes Basques et d'Argent. Je recommande cette location à tous ceux qui liront ces appréciations.

Parfait!

Location du 23 juillet au 7 août Maison très agréable et propre, parfaite rien à dire, nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans les Landes et nous recommandons vivement cette location ! Merci à Christian et Reine pour leurs conseils durant notre séjour .A noter le dynamisme et la joie de vivre du propriétaire! Nous recommandons: l'étang privé pour la pêche (pour les amateurs), Cap Breton (45mn), Saint Sébastien (Espagne 1H30), Lourdes(1H48), la passerelle d'Holçarte à Larrau, les gorges de Kakuetta à Sainte-Engrâce (2H10)... Mais aussi les pizzas chez" Gégé" à Cassen, le producteur de miel à Mugron... Patrick, Cathy, Leïla ,Mélina et Thomas du Pas de Calais.

Un grand merci a Christian et a Reine pour lors accueils ,leurs gentillesse, et disponibilités .Des propriétaires a l'écoute des locataires ayant toujours le souci d'améliorer .votre séjour . Maison très fonctionnelle bien équiper .Environnement calme a 15 min de Dax et 40 min de l'océan 1h15 d'Espagne .Le propriétaire reconvertie en guide :) nous a permis de ne pas rater les choses a voir dans la région .Le rapport qualité prix étant au delà de nos espérance .Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location .Nous avons passer un agréable séjour avec nos enfants de 13 et 9 ans .Nous reposerons ici nos valises pour notre prochain séjour dans les landes .Encore merci a vous pour votre discrétion.
