Fairly new hotel in Terminal 2 which requires shuttle bus ride ( free ) to/ from Terminal 1 where most of the major airlines fly in/out of Milan's Malpensa airport. You may want to bring your own sundries if you have sensitive skin. Seems all Moxy hotels provide only minimum sundries. No phone in the room so you need to go to the front desk in person if you have any questions regarding the hotel/room or use your cell phone at international rate. Otherwise a nice hotel, large screen TV with several English language channels, clean room. The staff members are friendly and helpful.

This hotel is next door to the Milan Malpensa (MXP) airport. Nothing fancy, the facilities are a little tired and worn, but the price is right, it's clean, and the staff is friendly. Great choice for the night before an early departure or to crash after an overseas arrival. Had dinner in the restaurant, good, simple meal.

Crowne Plaza exceeded our expectations for a pre-flight overnight stay! Room was large and clean, great bathroom/shower, comfortable bed, super internet connection and speed. Combine that with fitness center, reasonably good breakfast (included), only 5 min to airport but no flight path noise. It was easy to return rental car OR for a small fee (4 Euros pp), a shuttle was available. Signage from highway is weak (but that's common in Italy!). There is a great restaurant 3 min drive or 10 min walk from hotel...SAMARCANDA...looked like a hole-in-the-wall but it was packed inside and outside - maybe 110-150 guests. Food was delicious, many non-meat options, service spectacularly quick. Highly recommend the CP!

Efficient collection and delivery courtesy service from Malpensa Airport. They speak English and are polite. Room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel was as described and depicted in the photos. The room was clean, roomy and well equipped. I would recommend this hotel to travellers needing to be close to the airport. A few negatives during our stay...... We called the hotel after we collected our luggage, as instructed. The front desk told us where to go for pickup and that the driver will be there in ten to twenty minutes. After a half hour we called again. We ended up waiting almost an hour for the shuttle to pick us up. It was not the drivers fault but the front desk. There was only an apology from the driver but no mention of having to wait nearly an hour by the front desk staff. They were courteous, however, at check in and instructed us how to print our boarding passes for our flight the next day, which was very helpful. Then, we went to the restaurant and waited for an hour, after ordering our dinner, for our meal to come because the kitchen forgot to make it, according to our waiter. He offered a complimentary glass of wine to one of us and brought a plate of some appetizers from the buffet. When we first finally got our meal, it was good. The waiter was very good as well, and again, was apologetic. Overall, I would recommend this hotel but some of the staff need to get their act together in certain areas.

It's a good hotel in Saronno area (about 35-40 minutes from Milan and 20-25 minutes from Fiera Milano in Rho). It's not a very fency hotel, but the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast and Internet were included in the price. Stuff was polite and helpful. For those who travel by car, there is a lot of parking and about 50 rooms have their own parking (motel style). Most probably I will stay there again during my next trip
