Beautiful and charming. Very pleasant staff. Be aware that the elevator is very antiquated so 1 person and 2 large suitcases at a time is all that will fit but was not a problem. Beautiful location would stay here again! Side note, like most places in Italy, there is a city tax you have to pay at checkout so be aware

Friendly hosts who will gladly tend to guests' needs and keep the unit very clean. Apartment can be accessed by wheelchair, and having a washing machine is helpful for longer stays. Had a very good 1 night stay. All the staff where friendly and helpful with the extra request for a pillow. Was allowed to leave bags at the hotel after check out to be picked up later. Hotel has a very fun and funky circus theme.
