Conveniently located on Sebago Woods Way in the gated Point Sebago community, our charming 3 bedroom and 1.5 bath cottage is lake life at its finest! Breath in the crisp, clean Maine air while grilling on our large deck or watch the stars around our fire pit.



Our cottage comfortably fits 8 people with a queen bed in the main bedroom, a twin over full bunk bed in the second, twin over twin bunk bed in the third, and a pull-out couch with a full bed in the living room.



Living area incudes a large sectional sofa with cable TV. A full kitchen, including dishwasher, with a breakfast bar and seprate eating area. We also provide internet access and an in unit washer and dryer!



We are a short distance to all the activities offered at our Point Sebago resort, including:

• 1 mile of sandy beaches!!

• children's camp and activities

• water park obstacle course and playgound

• golf (regular and miniature)
