"The rooms could use updating. The mattresses haven't been replaced after what I assume is 15 years of usage. Tubs are smaller than residential standard for those bath lovers. Continental breakfast is just waffles and bread but they give a 15% discount at the breakfast place next door. Things are not very sound proofed either. Could hear a snorer a couple doors down and if youre using the restroom. Everyone knows. However Mary at the front desk was 10/10 hospitality. No problems with interacting with staff. The rooms were very well cleaned and it was over all a pleasant experience"

"Friendly, accommodating staff. Allowed me an hour check out extension. Water temp in shower didn’t stay warm. A little more than I’d like to have paid for what we got. "

"Suelo llegar a este hotel cada que voy de visita con mi hermano pero en esta ocasión ni me gusto para nada pedí un par de cobijas ya que la primera noche tuvimos frió pero pues nunca me las llevaron tuve que conseguirlas por otro lado y en mi ultima noche fue mucho peor ya que los huéspedes de a lado en plena madrugada 2:30am para ser exactos parecía que tenían fiesta sin ningun respeto por el descanso de las demás personas gritando y corriendo por los pasillos creo que deberian de tener políticas y letreros en los pasillos de silencio o no escandalizar a ciertas horas de la noche pero en fin no disfrute en lo más mínimo mi estancia está vez 😏"

"The positive thing about the Bavarian Lodge is that it’s authentic, and the staff is very nice and helpful. However, the hotel itself is old, needs improvements, and is overpriced for what it is. Things like the mold smell, old faucets, semi-working and loud AC unit, and the generally outdated building were beyond what we expected based on the reviews and description. As a family of 4 with two young children, the room size and setup made was not convenient for us. I do think that a renovation would bring this place back to being as awesome as it could be."

"Staff were not helpful, and were really dismissive. Asked for help several times and did not get. Staff told me upon check in they had their belgem waffles. To find out, that was a no, with morning buffet."
