Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee. Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed. Pets: This home is NOT pet friendly. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. It made fun on the water very accessible. It had all the amenities you need for a great family vacation. The property is right on the water with a lovely view. Excellent area for paddling and relaxing. The management company was excellent- very responsive to our questions and concerns. The property could use a little love and fixing. The downstairs shower had some mold as did the shower curtains. The deck had some loose boards and nails protruding. And the beds could use a memory foam topper as they were a little stiff. Other than that, the place was comfortable, well stocked, and the back yard area with the benches and fire pit looking over the lake were thoroughly enjoyed. ##### Kai K.
