Great option for Field of Dreams players! Nick was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The apartment was very clean with very comfortable beds that made for a great night’s sleep both nights. We were there for a baseball tournament in Dyersville and this was about a 20 minute drive away.

Weekend in Cascade

Quick trip into town for a HS grad party. Location and accommodations were perfect, no complaints. Great communication. And check out process is my personal favorite ever (I didn’t need to strip beds and start laundry…). Thanks! Will def stay again if opportunity presents.

Perfect place for us - exactly what we needed.

We needed a place to stay for a funeral and were traveling with our daughter and her family which included 3 little ones. The apartment was very clean and updated. The bedrooms are large and the walk-in closets are a big plus. We had everything we needed - including an iron and ironing board. The little ones liked the large sized TV. Easy check in and quick responses from owner when I had questions. Would def stay here again and would highly recommend.

The apartment was conveniently located; bright, clean, and comfortable. The newness of the well appointed furnishings combined with the charm of a classic “Main Street” building made for a wonderful combination. Second floor, street-front views provided a welcoming atmosphere for us to visit this charming community and we definitely enjoyed the accommodations. Would definitely stay her again and highly recommend the host for attention to detail, communication, and hospitality.

The location is excellent. It is right next to a topnotch local coffee shop. A bar and Godfathers Pizza is directly across the street. This is a newly remodeled place and it is great, one of the best that I have stayed in. It is very roomy, well furnished and quiet. There was no issue with parking on the street in front of the place.
