This Cascade cabin is adjacent to public land and is situated on nearly 1.5 acres. This cabin was recently remodeled and has a master bedroom on the main floor. Easy access to the covered deck from the sliding glass doors in the dining room or the master bedroom. Enjoy the deck furniture, barbeque and west-side deck shades. This newly remodeled two story home has four bedroom areas and three baths, with a large wrap-around deck that overlooks the la The entire home and property are available for guest use, except for a few locked closets Private home overlooking Lake Cascade Valley County offers free public transportation, but a car is recommended. Thank you for considering us for your vacation! Please take a moment to review our policies: Reservation Terms: Full rent is due immediately unless a payment plan was pre-approved. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee. Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed. Pets: This home is NOT pet friendly. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized. Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are not allowed on the property. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues. Great house. Awesome kitchen with island and table for playing cards. Great garage for keeping sleds and shacks in. Once again the group at frost property management took care and of us and helped with some date changes due to ice conditions. Huge shout out to them. Only thing I would bring up is the drive way is as described. Very steep, we where not able to park our enclosed trailer at the house due to the main road ( not the driveway to the house) being slick from recent snow and could not get it backed into the pad up top. But the house does have a snow removal service so every day the driveway was cleared for the trucks ##### Peter R. House was clean and very well stocked. Beds were comfy and plenty for everyone. We parked a large trailer for side x sides, a large boat and several vehicles in the driveway with room to spare. The view was gorgeous and we loved being so close to the golf course and marina.
