"We booked a "studio with 2 queens." No A/C, but windows open a bit. High/low in-room temps were 76/72°F in our east-facing room w/ no afternoon sun. Cool/cold evenings w/ some wind-plan accordingly! Underground parking, & central, well-lit, above-ground parking. The main building has the complimentary spa amenities: pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, & locked bike/ski storage, restaurant, game/library room, etc. Our room had newly remodeled everything. Ceiling light fixtures, bedside lamps, a big window. Bedside tables include a wireless charger/various other ports for charging. The "kitchenette" included mini fridge/freezer, large microwave, toaster, coffee maker, sink, soap, scrub sponge, dish towels, paper towels, dishes, flatware, garbage can, table, 2 chairs. The room's gas fireplace did not get used in July. Central area outside has 3 gas grills w/ tools, picnic tables, gas fire pit, playground. There are few grocery options in this tiny town; eating out has expected resort pricing. The bathroom had actual cabinetry and drawers. Vanity height was fairly low, and ceiling head-height was a bit low (to accommodate the venting). I'm 5'8". There is exactly 1 place to purchase fuel in Brian Head. It only sells expensive 91 octane ethanol-free fuel. Fuel up before arriving if you plan on any driving for sightseeing. Cedar Breaks Nat'l Monument is nearby and highly recommended, as well as Brian Head Peak via its gravel road. There are also amazing hiking and biking trails."

"This is a very updated log cabin type Inn. The rooms are clean and modern. Lots of grab and go options for breakfast. I highly recommend it. Just a note that I didn't notice on booking-there's no air conditioning. The room had a portable AC unit but it's not vented to the outside so we found it added more heat than it cooled. We didn't really need the AC though and the room had a fan. Shower also very small, not suitable for larger people."

"This place is awesome. It is very close to the park (maybe a mile or 2 outside the north entrance), is super spacious, and the views are unbeatable for morning coffee or star gazing or a fire in the fire pit. We knew how to get to and from the place within the first visit without directions. It's isolated so you don't have to worry about noise or safety and it's perfect for a large group. The owner communication is also top notch. I never had to wait more than half a day for answers to my questions and maintenance is always available.A few notes:The internet is not good and goes out often. There is no internet or service in the park either. My group found this to be a positive and a negative. On one hand, we were able to disconnect, on the other, the husbands and fathers had a tough time connecting with family. Maybe look into a starlink solution. Overall, not a huge issue.Some the appliances could use updating. Again, not a big deal and didn't take away from the experience.If you are driving up from the South/Vegas, you have to drive through the park (Zion Highway) which means if it is before 4:30pm, you have to pay an entrance fee.Overall: We loved this place and I would recommend it to anyone looking to visit Zion. "

"Sweet cabins on a working farm with lots of animals. We stayed in the Garden Cabin. Quiet, peaceful, nice hot tub and pool with amazing views. 15 minutes from Zions East entrance. Close to restaurants, gas, gift shops and hiking. Highly recommend."

"This quaint property is nestled in the middle of the mountains and in a new neighborhood that is still in under construction with gravel roads. GPS is unpredictable, but it only adds to the adventure. The cabin was spotless and it was nice to have a modern bathhouse with all amenities. It was hard to believe that we encountered virtually no bugs in the area. We only wish that we could bottle up the fresh mountain air and take it home as a souvenir. Very nice stay and we definitely hope to return one day!"
