This modern and bright apartment with a private open terrace and magnificent sea view is ideally situated near the beaches, port, restaurants, and golf courses. Located in a quiet and safe residential complex with 24/7 security. Guests can enjoy free access to crystal clear 1400m2 lagoon with white sandy beach.

This ground floor apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), 2 bathrooms, a living room, a dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen and a private outdoor area, featuring an open terrace with a sea view. It accommodates up to 4 guests. Amenities include premium bed linen and towels, Wi-Fi, TV, heating, air conditioning, a washing machine and a dishwasher. Free parking is available directly in front of the house or you can use the private garage with a lift.
Guests have access to the entire residence, lagoon, fitness centre, sauna, jacuzzi, three swimming pools, garden and a playground. At the lagoon you can enjoy free water sports activities such as pedal surfing, kayaking and paddle boating.

Guests can also enjoy fusion cuisine of the Alcazaba Lagoon restaurant, located within the residence with spectacular views of the lagoon.
The apartment is only 5 minutes from Estepona beaches and its many restaurants, bars and shops. The nearby Golf d 'Estepona is one of 8 golf courses which is just minutes away from the residence. Groceries and other essentials can be purchased at Mercadona Supermarket, which is approximately 8 minutes drive to Estepona.
The apartment is located 55 minutes from Malaga airport, 50 minutes from Gibraltar, 35 minutes from Marbella town, 25 minutes from Puerto Banus, 30 minutes from Sotogrande, and close to cities of Cordoba, Nerja, Granada, Casares, Ronda, Mijas and 2.5 hours from the incredible city of Seville.

A deposit of 500 EUR in cash is required upon check-in and will be refunded on the day of check-out.
A cot or high chair is available upon request for 70 euros per stay.
