Top Casa Grande Trading Post Hotel Reviews
Courtyard by Marriott Santa Fe
8/10 Good
"Both Expedia and the Hotel need to be explicit about exactly when the airport shuttle runs. I booked a room at this hotel at a higher rate on the expectation that because it included an airport shuttle (rare for Santa Fe) it could get me there by 6:30am. It turns out the hotel's airport shuttle doesn't start running until 9am, so I paid an extra $60 for a car service to get me there at 6:30am. Truth in advertising, people! Tell us >exactly< what your services are and when they're available, and don't bury them 2 or 3 clicks beneath the basic services info you're providing, if you provide that information at all."
