"The air conditioning blew a fuse and stopped working. The bunk beds needed more padding to be usable. The chemical scent on the linens made my face break out. My face always breaks out from exposure to chemicals. No sand beach and swimming was not possible, so disappointed.
Good parts were the sound of the waves. Messaged communications were adequate. The place looked clean. It was a fun experience to stay in the RV. Television, refrigerator were good. Option of the deck shower/toilet was good. Despite the need for iron gate, the place seemed safe. Friendly."
"Es un lugar pequeño pero muy acogedor. No tuvimos ningún invonveniente. La anfitriona muy amable y servicial. Muy cerca de un mall donde hay muchos restaurantes y tiendas. En resumen, muy satisfecho. Lo recomiendo. "
"Excellent staff: front desk, breakfast, maids, some security staff, but not the managers and the supervisors. Although we are clearly stated that there should be no visitors in the rooms, but unfortunately we needed assistance, for help a handy cap elderly, the response was that they weren't a hospital—this phrase happened several times, and that we had to pay the night for every visit in the room. However, another supervisor change the version, just register the health assistant We are simply asking for human compassion. "
"We very much enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean and safe. The staff was very helpful and helped us with whatever we needed. The breakfast was very good!"
"Rooms need to be more welcoming, no phone to communicate with front desk, bathroom curtains are dirty and there’s no hot water. When it rains the lobby and sitting area gets all wet. This hotel looks nothing like the photos. The only thing good is that it’s in a good area."
"Amazing! Everything was amazing about our stay. The view, the staff, the food, and the tranquility were majestic. I would highly recommend Casa Grande when it’s time for you to rejuvenate and recharge.
Thank you Casa Grande for your wonderful hospitality!
With love,
Chrystal
