"While the room was clean (and that's most important), the elevator by the lobby was broken, the key to the room only worked half the time, the breakfast was empty at 7:15, and the gym room was locked with machines tipped over."

"Upper management dropped the ball for a holiday weekend. We have been there before and staff was excellent. The Bar & Grill was understaffed. I actually felt sorry for them. Brandon at the Bar & Grill is excellent. I have a feeling he won't be there for long. There was only one bartender (should have been 2), there was only one person waiting tables (also should have been 2). The staff are extremely nice but due to the holiday were a bit overwhelmed. I don't believe management should have their staff stressed out like they were. I'm still on the fence about becoming a member."

"Perfect for my trip with the boys for the World Finals bass fishing tournament. Place was clean and it was really relaxing we came back from the lake. Screened porch was perfect for getting ready for the next day."
