House rules and security deposit To ensure proper use and maintenance of the facilities, a refundable security deposit of €450 is required, payable by bank transfer up to 7 days before arrival. The deposit will be refunded by bank transfer within 5 days after check-out, once the property has been inspected and no damage or incidents are found. Out of respect for the environment and neighbours, quiet hours are from 21:00 to 09:00. Loudspeakers, karaoke machines and high-volume music are not allowed.
