This modern style ground floor apartment is designed with open spaces and large windows looking out to the pool and garden area. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen and lounge area with island, the large terrace leads out from the lounge and kitchen. The master bedroom has an en suite shower bathroom and the built in dressing room is located next to the bed area. There is a second bathroom also with a shower that services the second bedroom.

Antilia Terraces apartments are located in the heart of Mar de Cristal and designed to a high standard. Each of the 22 apartments has its own private parking space and parking for bikes.

Limpieza lamentable

Nada más llegar lo primero es que no se podía entrar con la cerradura electrónica porque al parecer el servicio de limpieza había cerrado la puerta con llave. Tras varios intentos tuvimos que llamar a la inmobilaria que tuvo que venir a abrir. Ropa de cama realmente impresentable. Sábanas y edredones manchados de sangre y manchas varias. La persona que hizo las camas no debería haber puesto esas sábanas y edredones manchados. Tumbonas piscina sucias. Faltaba toalla. Campana extractora con falta de limpieza, olía realmente mal por lo que no pudimos cocinar nada. El día de nuestra llegada nos encontramos el recibidor inundado de agua. La propia agente de la inmobiliaria tuvo que recoger parte del agua con el mocho pero como ya se había pisado al entrar tuvimos que pasarlo por toda la casa. También faltan toalleros en los cuarto de baños. No hay ni una doma percha para colgar la toalla.

Algunas carencias en cuanto a limpieza.

La tranquilidad, la piscina, el diseño, el no pasar calor. Habían telarañas en el techo y vello corporal en el desagüe de la ducha cuando llegamos. El servicio de limpieza dejó las ventanas abiertas para ventilar el apartamento lo que originó que entrasen bastantes mosquitos. El servicio de limpieza tiene que mirar esos detalles.

Muy buen lugar de vacaciones

La cortesía de los vecinos, la amabilidad del presidente y el respeto, en general, de las horas de descanso. La terraza junto a la piscina y el mobiliario de que dispone la casa está justo y a la perfección. Hemos estado como en casa. Gracias por todo. Pequeñas cosillas de las que informamos nada más llegar, en cuanto las vimos. Aún quedaron algunas cosas sin resolver pero son insignificantes. Recuerden que en el suelo, bajo el inodoro de uno de los baños aparece agua de vez en cuando y que los portarrollos de papel higiénico están un poco sueltos. Gracias por todo.
