It has steps from the garage to the living/kitchen area, then from this to the bedrooms. There is also a roof terrasse which was good. It is walking distance from attractions in Cartagena. The check-in with Carlos was unproblematic and cordial. We received information in advance so that we could find the street. The flat is great. The garage in the house is necessary because the flat is in the middle of the old town. It is very personally furnished and has everything you need for a holiday. The roof terrace has a possibility of shading so that it can be used at any time. The flat is very centrally located, so all sights and the harbour can be easily reached on foot. There is also a bakery and supermarket nearby and the market hall can also be reached on foot. We had a wonderful holiday and will definitely come back. Cartagena is a wonderful port city that is away from the hustle and bustle and gives you a true indication of Murcia life. The history is amazing, and this house is in the center of it all! Walking distance to all the historical sites, the water, restaurants, train station, bus terminal. No need for a car. And Carlos was fantastic in recommending activties, restaurants and tapas bars. Roof top deck, washing machine with a line to hang clothes on rooftop deck (vs out the window) and parking. As far as amenities go this place is tops. Location was perfect.
