  • Brand new two bedroom two bathroom, one en-suite apartment with kitchen / lounge open plan with a top quality sofa bed . The lounge and both bedrooms having an amazing front line beach view . A fully equipped kitchen with dining table for up to six and dishwasher . The terrace is 8 metres wide and has dining for six , plus sitting area all lit by wonderful led lighting. Brand new 50” tv with all global channels.
    Free wifi also included.
    Situated on the first floor with a panoramic view of the Mar Menor. It benefits from 2 lifts and underground secured allocated parking ( no 44 )
    The complex benefits from a large communal area which is secure and has a large beach style pool with jacuzzi and lockers,also gym, volleyball, children’s play area, bird watching area, outdoor communal/ function kitchen area ,pétanque, undercover area with charging points.
