Hard time getting our room, even though we used their pre-register link. We were told that our room wasnt ready and that we needed to wait until we received an email. After waiting an hour and a half, we went back up to the counter and told them we were dog tired from a 10 hour drive and wanted a room to rest. They accommodated us but that email didnt arrive until 9:45pm that evening. Next, our shower backed up because it was clogged and so dirty, also there was a layer of dust everywhere including the phone and TV screen. Last complaint was the pool was very hard to find and they don't offer you a site map. Very confusing to find. One pro was it was a very nice bed to sleep on.
