Updated Condo Close To The Ski Resorts and Lake Tahoe

  • This is a centrally located, low elevation, close to the lake condo with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, accommodating a max of four people. The spacious bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds, memory foam mattresses, nightstands and one dresser. Both new carpeted bedrooms are located upstairs, along with a full bathroom with whirlpool tub. The bedrooms have ceiling fans plus two portable fans. They are beautiful wood floors throughout the lower level, open floor concept, large slider doors to the spacious deck perfect for grilling, for gatherings. The kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances, everything you need for a relaxing vacation. There is free Netflix and Youtube Now on all the TVs, both bedrooms and living room.
    There is a short walk or drive to a variety of restaurants, shops, bowling, a movie theater, Hyatt Casino, are all within walking distance. Incline Village also has wonderful hiking and biking paths, two great golf courses just minutes away from the condo.
    Sand Harbor Beach is close by.
    For winter sports fans Diamond Peak Ski Resort is only 5 minutes away by car, Mt. Rose is 20 minutes away, Northstar 25 minutes. Other resorts within a short drive of the condo include heavenly Valley, Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows. There are also plenty of nearby places to cross country ski, snowshoe and sledding.

A really nice VERY CLEAN centrally located Incline Condo!

My buddy and I stayed 2 nights to celebrate my birthday and ski a couple days at Diamond Peak. What an AWESOME stay!! We brought our own food and everything we needed was in the condo! The ski resort was a short drive away! I would HIGHLY recommend renting this place.

Ski weekend

We had a nice stay as a family of four for a quick ski weekend. Check-in and out were easy, the place was clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed, and the hosts responded to messages quickly. Some of the neighbors were noisy at night, but that wasn’t the fault of the hosts. We would stay there again.

Only complaint was the parking spot #12 had two trees on either side and couldn’t park my rental vehicle in it. Had to use a guest spot for my visit. Property was clean, spacious and well-maintained. Host responded immediately to any messages and was very welcoming. Overall a great place to stay.

Great Location

Great location, close to the Sand Harbor Beach, Tahoe City, and various hiking and biking trails. Great communication with manager, easy check-in, well stocked kitchen, beds very comfortable. Neighbors are very quiet respectful. The condo is in the front row of the complex so the road noise can be a little noisy during normal rush hour times, but quiet most of the other times of the day and evening. It might be a problem for some people, but we'll take a little road noise over loud neighbors any day of the week. We had a great stay.

Perfect Home Away from Home!

The reviews about this place don't lie. The property has everything you would want in a vacation home. The check in process was easy. The home was very clean and quiet. TVs in every room had free Netflix and Youtube TV. It's also centrally located and only a few minutes to all shops & restaurants in Incline Village. King's Beach, Tahoe East Shore Trail and Sand Harbor State Park are only a few miles away too. The homeowner was quick to respond to any issues we had. The only downside for us was that on our last night, there was a blackout for the entire neighborhood. Thankfully, this occurred after midnight and was restored a couple hours later.
