Well equipped kitchen. A little sparse on towels and things like kleenex. The sofa bed in the loft was not in good condition. The location was close to the beaches, hiking, and biking. Sand Harbor beach was 3.5 miles; Kings beach was 6.5 miles; Hiking trail head was .5 miles. Our condo was clean and there was plenty of room for all 10 of us. It’s a bit outdated but the price was great so I don’t mind orangish/brown carpet. When we needed more toliet paper, our host got back to me immediately to let me know where it was. The unit we were in does not have air conditioning, (none of them do) because it’s cool at night. There were 3 fans that kept things cool and the bottom floor bedrooms were very cool. Our bed was super comfy. We will definitely stay here again. ##### Jennifer T.
