Downtown Historic Charmer - Walk to State Capitol

  • Historic district home, large but comfortable, newly renovated w/ modern updates and 4 BDRs. The house was built in 1905 and many of the historic elements are retained along with a comfortable modern refresh. Mini-split heat and cold in each room. The clawfoot tub came with the original build and has been integrated to add to the historic charm of the home. Tankless water heater for continuous hot water flow. 2-car garage for winter months; laundry in the original expansive basement. Enjoy the sounds of the summer concerts from the porch or stroll 5 mins to the State Capitol or the summer Farmer's Market & Brewery Arts Center. Proximity to all of the best restaurants in downtown. Nice drive to North Lake Tahoe, Incline, and beach parks, Virginia City and the Reno/Tahoe Intl Airport all within 30 mins.
