  • Very beautiful comfortable villa on the edge of the Valbonne national forest, 5 km from PONT SAINT ESPRIT at the crossroads between GARD, ARDECHE and VAUCLUSE fenced and private land.
    NIMES at 50 km, AVIGNON at 40 km. BOLLENE, exit from the A7, 10 km.
    Swimming pool in the property, it is reserved only for tenants.
    Perfectly shaded lawn with a table for 8 people to take meals even in hot weather. A covered terrace over the entire length of the house.

Ideale gezinswoning in een prachtige streek

Heel goede communicatie met de eigenaar, en hartelijke ontvangst ter plaatse door de plaatselijke vertegenwoordiger. Huis is voorzien voor alle nodige voorzieningen, een aangenaam en proper zwembad. Apart plonsbad voor kinderen is ook een echte meerwaarde. Op slechts een kwartier rijden van het begin van de Ardèche is dit een perfect huis in een schitterende omgeving.

Super séjour dans un chouette endroit

Maison très bien équipée. Idéalement située pour visiter la région. Le proprio donne toutes les infos utiles et est très soucieux de ses locataires. Deux petits regrets: il n'y a pas de Wifi (je sais , on ne travaille pas en vacances, mais parfois on a quand même des obligations) et la piscine était vraiment fraîche (max 26 degrés) malgré le beau temps, mais peut-être était-ce du au mistral qui avait soufflé la semaine avant? Cela ne nous a pas empêché de nous baigner de nous rafraîchir. Bref, un très beau souvenir et nous y retournerons!

C'est la deuxième année que nous passons des vacances à Carsan et nous sommes enchantés. Maison avec tout le nécessaire et un propriétaire très accueillant et qui anticipe nos besoins. Je recommande vivement cette location à qui souhaite passer des vacances au calme au bord de la piscine.

Charmante maison très au calme. Repos et détente assurés. Petit plus pour la piscine sans vis a vis avec douche et wc dehors pour éviter de tout "mouiller" a la maison.

Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires, maison située dans un environnement très calme,du soleil très présent pendant cette quinzaine. A recommander pour une famille avec enfants.En ce qui concerne la piscine l'endroit est sécurisé.
