Quiet, comfort and proximity to tourist sites. Covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Noyeraie with swing and second garden furniture. House of 110m2 on 2 levels: On the ground floor you will find: A kitchen open to living room and dining room (induction hob, hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher. A bright living room with sofa, television, wifi ... A dining room with a six-seater table. A bathroom with two sinks, walk-in shower, toilet, washing machine. Two bedrooms with 140 beds. Upstairs: A parental room of 30 m2 with dressing, room of bath (shower, basin and TOILET), reads in 160, TV with decoder. The milling ladder has been replaced by a quarter-turn staircase. We had two wonderful weeks in our rented property which was situated within five minutes from excellent restaurants and village shops. Cassac-Aillac is well placed with many of the iconic beauty-spots within easy driving distance. An extra bonus were the wonderful range of birds we had in the garden. De bank lijkt op de foto’s heel leuk, maar is doorgezakt, kan je niet op zitten, eetkamerstoelen van ijzer, buiten eet stoelen krakkemikkig. Carsac-Aillac ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Highlights der Region zu erkunden, für Radtourenund Kanufahren. Ein toller Badeplatz an der Dordogne ist mit Fahrrad in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Gastronomie, Bäcker, Metzger und kleiner Supermarkt in Gehweite. Das Haus ist gut geschnitten,mit großem Grundstück, die Küche ist sehr üppig eingerichtet mit modernsten Geräten. Die grosse Garage bietet Platz für die Fahrräder, auf der Terrasse kann man wunderbar überdacht und schattig sitzen und essen. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag-für ein Haus das für bis 6 Personen vermietet wird, sollten auch genügend Liegestühle da sein. Insgesamt können wir das Haus sehr empfehlen. ##### Christiane B. Een werkelijk prachtig huis op een enorm grote, volledig omheinde tuin, rustig gelegen aan de rand van Carsac met noodzakelijk voorzieningen zoals een bakker op een paar minuten lopen. Het huis is zeer goed onderhouden, brandschoon, mooi ingericht met een fantastische keuken, mooie badkamers en slaapkamers met goede bedden. Heel fijn is de airconditioning en niet te vergeten de heerlijke veranda voor het huis. In de directe omgeving kun je heerlijk wandelen met de hond. We komen zeker terug naar dit heerlijke vakantieadres. Met dank aan de eigenaars Yannick en Milène die ons gastvrij hebben ontvangen. ##### Corné en Karin V. Nos chiens ont été les bienvenus. L’emplacement est idéal pour rayonner facilement et rapidement dans une région riche de patrimoine et d’activités. Prima in orde, netheid top en super gastvriendelijke verhuurder. Grote tuin omheind voor de honden en speeltuig voor kinderen. In de omgeving van talrijke dorpjes met marktjes, kastelen en alles wat je maar wenst van winkels en gastronomie. Een échte aanrader ! ##### Bruno B. Yannick & Milene sind nette, unkomplizierte Gastgeber, die sich freundlich um alles kümmern. Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet und die Lage auf dem großen Grundstück ist Entspannung pur. Trotzdem ist alles auf kurzen Weg erreichbar: Markt am Sonntag, Metzger, Bäcker, Edeka, Weinhandlung, tolles Restaurant, Badestelle, Kanuverleih. Die Lage des Hauses in einer Sackgasse, wenige 100m von der Dordogne ist ruhig und erholsam gelegen und von keinem Nachbarn gestört. Das Innere des Hauses ist top eingerichtet, gepflegt, neu- wertig. Die Kücheneinrichtung verdient höchstes Lob.alles modern ob elektrische Geräte oder Frühstückstheke.Der Besitzer freundlich, zurückhaltend und vertrauensvoll. ##### Reinhard D. Le logement est très confortable et d'une propreté remarquable. Nous avons pu rayonner autour de ce lieu pour visiter la plupart des sites touristique de cette magnifique région.
