"I don’t usual do reviews however I would love to help anyone avoid the disaster that I encountered at this hotel! Facility…literally filthy!!! Spilled food and drinks throughout the lobby, breakfast room, and elevators. Cigarette burns and stains on the carpet and furniture in the room. The entire hotel smelled horrible! There was a big crawling near the microwave!? I was literally scared to sleep but had no where else to go. Front desk staff… young kid rude with zero answers or concern. Hot tub ice cold!? Pool dirty! Random children all over the hotel all hours of the night with no adults in sight!? No clue why??? I booked the room for me my husband and my son but was told they had no extra pillows for the sofa bed. My son had to use his coat folded up as a pillow!? 😢 shower was cold then hot then cold again!? This place need to be shut down and I wouldn’t recommend it for my dog! Worst hotel experience ever! We could it get outta there fast enough…"

"Staff was great but property is deteriorating and wasn't really clean. Refrigerator needed replaced (which it was next day), room door hinge needed some WD-40....really squeaked when opening/closing, and it looked like the hallway hadn't been swept in awhile. This was a repeat stay at this location (visiting Navy Son) and was a little disappointed tnis time around"

"Parking was okay, I had to take my dirty bedding to the front desk so they could be washed there is no housekeeping and the sink faucet was loose and water pressure was weak it took a long time to shave my son's face. I heard from locals that they are undergoing new management its just taking time to get where they need to be to be successful place. "
