Took us 45 minutes to check in. Front desk girl kept losing our reservation, "It's disappearing from my screen". I had to give her the reservation number several times...and wait...and wait. The webiste, I think via Expedia, claimed "dog friendly" which was denied when I got there. We have a service dog so still was able to stay.
Otherwise, things seemed OK. Like last time, ice maker not working on floor. Waffle machine also not working at breakfast; I love my waffles! Still a nice place to stay...just some management issues.
