Price was kind of high i would think it would be cheaper because they dnt have breakfast, coffee. I no longer have a dog but if i did this would be a place ill come to stay. Staff is really short with you. The room are big in size as far as TOWELS thinest towels i ever seen and u get exactly 1wash cloth 1towel that is it. Yhey have harewood floors. Plenty of restaurants around for food.

Staff was friendly, but the room I was given was absolutely filthy (room 111). I requested a change, was moved to 315, the room was dirty, the bathroom had no toiletries, there was damage on the walls, outlets were hanging out. I can't honestly recommend this place to anyone.

Do not stay here. You will get sick! Worst experience ever! The lobby smelled like someone had been chain smoking there for 3 years straight even though there was no carpet to hold smell. We walked into the carpetted hallway and the smell of urine, sweat, wet dog, cigarettes, and weed smacked our sinuses. We entered the actual room that had no carpet, and the smell was 1000x worse, so much so that we were having trouble breathing and we immediately started with scratchy throats and coughs that lasted to the next day. After being in the room for about 2 minutes, we spotted a fat and healthy german cockroach (the infestation type) skittering across the wall. If that wasn't enough, the floor was visibly filthy and sticky, pillow cases were dirty with the floor gunk, cig burns in the covers, mold in the corners, and the AC was a free-standing window unit with a huge hose conecting it to the window which was ducttaped to the window and the packaging plastic sleeve still on the electric cord. Utterly filthy, completely uncared for, and the man at the desk had tauted the room as being one of their best... No cares were given from the man at the desk and he refused to refund the stay. We could not sleep there, obviously, and left to go to the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson about 10 minutes down the road, which was clean and pristine and had very comfy beds. So do yourself a favor - avoid the regret. Skip this dump and go to Country Inn instead!

Didn’t get the suite we originally booked. When asked the front desk they made excuses. Finally gave us a suite complementary he said. Um excuse me I paid for a suite to begin with. Pool was not in working order looked like it hadn’t been touched in a long time. We end up with a king size bed and a pull out couch for three adults and a two year old. The pull out couch didn’t have pillows and there wasn’t enough pillows in the room for anyone to use any just the two on the king size bed. The mattress was paper thin my grandbaby wouldn’t even sleep on it. Squeezing four people on a king size bed was almost impossible but we did it. Hotel said they didn’t have a suite with two beds just the one they gave us. Well that’s not what was advertised

The hotel was very nasty The room I was in didnt have top for the tank. The refrigerator wasnt getting cold the microwave was dirty. I was on the 3rd for it was so hot and smelly going to the room. I do not recommend this hotel and I will never come back.

My TV wasn't working and I told the front desk clerk about it, but nobody came to fix it. The hotel smelled like mildew and piss. Lot of sketchy people staying there as well. Don't stay there unless you used to be in the hood or at a trailer park.

This place was absolutely filthy. Smelled like an ashtray through the entire building. People who saud theyd been staying there since January were very loud and obnoxious. More like a very run down extended stay. The man at the desk was very helpful and refunded us for all of our stay except for 1 night. That was the best part of this place.

I booked the room mainly for the pool. However, the pool was drained and being maintenanced. The building and room had a very strong scent of fabuloso! I mopped my room with water to reduce the odor of cleanser. The sink was cracked and leaking water onto the floor. The rain was dripping in above the window. The hair dryer only had one prong, but was still plugged in. The positive about this place was affordability through Expedia, very friendly staff, comfortable comforter, vending machines, large, clean lobby, walking distance to food, and pet friendly! Id stay there again.
