"The room was very clean, however there was an incredibly strong odor of air freshener in the room, that felt toxic because of how strong it was. I unplugged the wall air freshener, but there were more air fresheners jammed into the AC unit (which was stuck on, unable to be turned off). This was unpleasant. "

The description stated the apartment had two queen beds and double bed, but upon arrival we discovered there was only one queen bed and a bunk bed, forcing two adults to sleep in bunk beds which was completely unacceptable for what we booked and paid for.
