"We loved staying in Ross House. The place is quiet but close to many amenities. We loved canoeing on the lake. The pier is only 200m from the hotel. Room promised for 4pm but wasn’t ready until 6:30 so I had to wait in the lobby! Transfer to airport promised but could not accommodate convenient time for me so I had to leave earlier than necessary. Hotel was clean and room was lovely.

Great staff, early check in. Very friendly. We do wish the room had plugs in the bathroom and a mirror in the bedroom that was in a better place to do our hair. A small refrigerator in the room would have been great as well. Great stay!
