Located on the Carqueiranne heights, the Laéween villa is 5 minutes from Carqueiranne centre and its shops and only 7 minutes from the beaches (3km). Facing the sea, recently renovated in great taste, and fully air-conditioned, the villa of some 160m² is spread over 2 levels, hosting up to 10 people. You will have 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms: There are 2 en-suite bedrooms on the main level. The other 3 overlook the garden and the swimming pool. 2 bedrooms share a shower room, the 3rd has its own small private shower room. In a chic and minimalist spirit, the bright living room includes a fully equipped open kitchen with a central island for all of those warm memories you’ll create. It opens onto a beautiful partly shaded wooden terrace where you can enjoy your meals in the open air with a charming view of the sea. In the heart of the landscaped and carefully maintained garden you will enjoy the 10m x 5m infinity pool, secured by a roller shutter cover and heated from April to October. The pool’s submerged beach will be the spot for relaxation, where adults and children can have fun together in safety. Around the swimming pool, the deckchairs offer long hours of tanning while others get down to the business of preparing a good meal in the outdoor summer kitchen. Das Haus, welches Platz für viele Gäste bietet, hat eine tolle Lage mit einem phantastischen Blick über die Bucht. Das Interieur ist in allen Zimmern liebevoll und stilvoll designt. In der offenen Küche und in den Bädern ist auch funktional alles vorhanden, alles in ist sehr gutem Zustand und wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohl und entspannt gefühlt. Der Garten ist auf mehreren Ebenen toll angelegt und der große Pool ist herrlich zum Schwimmen, Toben und Relaxen. Egal, ob man Schatten mag oder lieber die pralle Sonne - man hat in diesem Haus und Garten sowie der sehr geräumigen Terrasse mit großem Tisch oder auch einem Lounge Bereich alle Möglichkeiten. Es blieben bei uns keine Wünsche offen. Die Betreuung durch Sabrina und ihr Team war sowohl im Rahmen der Buchung und dann vor Ort bei der An- und Abreise sehr herzlich, professionell und unkompliziert. Wir hatten eine wunderbare und abwechslungsreiche Zeit, denn das Haus bietet auch einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Tage am Strand, einen Besuch von Hyères oder in die vielen anderen umliegenden schönen Orte und Inseln.
