"The exterior & surroundings looked aged & deserted, but some aspects were modernized. Hopefully, they're in the midst of an overall plan. The parking lot was well-lit, though the designated smoking area was underneath the canopy in front where guests walk by. It was a bit dark inside, the check-in counter was basic, & the process was lengthy. Most questions were answered by the night host, while the daytime host was 10/10, noticing what people were looking at & anticipating questions before they could be asked! They had lemon water & coffee in the lobby, cookies at 7 pm, big pluses. The breakfast area was to the right upon entrance, not elaborate, but sufficient offerings & space for the number of guests that evening, who were primarily adults. The scrambled eggs were fresh, more so than any place we've stayed recently. The woman working breakfast was hardworking & keenly aware of guests' needs. The hallway was a bit dark, but the rooms were well-lit, had the requisite plugs, & had dark curtains. Despite being next to a community airport, it was very quiet. The mini-fridge & smallish microwave were sufficient. The TV was ~32 inches, tiny by today's standards. The pool area had some signs of wear, the pool itself was of modest size, & its temperature was on the cool side, while the hot tub was hot. Neither was crowded. Unlike any place we've been lately, they had a clock in the area, much appreciated. No restroom in the vicinity, perhaps there were in the outer hallway."

"The washroom was not functioning properly. The flush was not working, the shower nozzle was broken, and the washbasin was not draining/rinsing water properly."

"After a very tiring week of traveling the National Parks, we checked in early evening for our flight home the next day. After unpacking, we had an issue with a very noisy AC unit. We notified the front desk and they promptly assigned us to another quieter room. They even hand delivered the keys to our new room, rather than making us take all of our belongings to the front desk and then move to the new room. The staff was very apologetic and responsive. The breakfast also provided some really good options. I enjoyed looking out the windows at breakfast at the golfers."

"This property was nothing like the photos on Hotels.com. The owner does not seem to care about the franchise investment. There was a pile of old mattresses in what used to be the pool area. The ice machine was not operable. With cobwebs included. The door catch was broken. The furniture looked like a cat scratched it up. House keeping never came to change out the linens. The toilet needed the handle jiggled to stop running and we had some friendly ants. The front desk was confused that I would not give a positive review in exchange for a complimentary Coca-Cola. Wyndham needs to disassociate with this owner as they do not have anything in common with any other Wyndham I have stayed at. I will be sending my photos to corporate."

"This hotel wasn’t too bad. It was clean inside and during our stay it was cleaned very well each day so kudos to whoever does the housekeeping there. Someone had smoked in our room previously so that was pretty unfortunate but that’s not the hotels fault. I found the communication between the staff to be fairly lacking - we got a 11 pm text about our work trailer blocking too many spots in an empty parking lot and a complaint about not having our dog on file even though I claimed him both on check in and on the reservation itself. I also felt like the lady who checked me out when we left was mildly threatening about charging us if they found any issues which I didn’t really like. My last complaint would be that the room was tiny. The area was good though, even though there was a ton of truckers staying they went out of their way to keep the place clean with all of that foot traffic and the lobby was great, breakfast was good. I think that this hotel is probably pretty good honestly and that we just didn’t have the best experience; we’ve stayed at a lot of great hotels so that’s probably what I’m comparing it to. Anyways, if you’re in the area I would say it’s a good place to stay at a relatively decent price for the area it’s in."
