A walk-in closet, armchair, and nightstands.<br>•A large Provençal-style bathroom featuring two sinks, a wall-mounted toilet, and a walk-in shower<br>•Fiber-optic internet, a streaming box, and secure Wi-Fi are currently being installed—Autumn 2023<br>•If you’re a cyclist, a secure bike storage area is available free of charge upon request.<br>A beautiful boules court and pétanque balls are available free of charge.<br>New for 2023: Air conditioning in the cottage.<br>Pets<br>•Well-behaved and friendly pets are, of course, welcome upon request on the property and in the cottage (however, elephants, giraffes, reptiles, or other venomous and ferocious animals are not permitted).<br>Rates vary by season between €80 and €130 (summer season) per night, with a minimum stay of 7 nights during the school year or a minimum of 2 nights outside of the school year (see price table). A security deposit of €500 is required. 100% of the rent is due If the reservation is made less than one month before the start of the stay, a 30% deposit is required; if the reservation is made more than one month in advance, the deposit is refundable and the reservation can be cancelled up to 31 days before the start of the stay. Tourist taxes apply per person per night.<br>A Few Words About Your Host<br>¡Hola! As you’ll notice from my accent, I’m originally from Spain, from the city of Gijón on the Atlantic coast, about 200 kilometres from Bilbao. My name is Juan. After several years in Ibiza and then in Alsace working in luxury tourism and the nightlife scene, I settled in Provence five years ago and now offer comfortable holiday rentals in an idyllic, lush setting.
